We provide a variety of financing options. All services provided under our diagnostic menu are eligible for financing and are based on APR and credit.  Please see complete terms and conditions.

Our credit application is simple, with most credit decisions made in 60 minutes or less during normal business hours. Longer decision times may be required for higher volume days.

Once you have received your approval, you may use it towards any diagnostic service offered through our laboratory.

NOTE: For some applicants, if we are unable to approve your application based on the information you provide, you will be offered the opportunity to apply with a personal guaranty.
