All standard casework is shipped via US Priority Post within the continental United States, and the Canadian Postal Service within Canada.  Packages and materials are typically received within 2-3 business days.

General Specimen Requirements

General Specimen requirements include labelling of all tubes, enclosing all blood tubes and canisters tightly, and enclosing the completed paperwork.

Non-Invasive Prenatal DNA Diagnostics are received through required courier services processed specifically through FedEx International.  European shipping is via Royal Mail and DHL International services.  Overnight express service is utilized to ensure viability of samples.

In hot weather, enclose refrigerated (not frozen) gel packs in Styrofoam box

In cold weather, run hot water over gel pack for 3-5minutes and enclose

Ship specimens within 24 hours via Federal Express, Priority and Saturday delivery
